About me and my journey

My name is Jacob Knezour, and I create personalized meal and workout plans to help people achieve their
goals more easily and efficiently. I fell in love with fitness and strength training in 2015, and since
then, I’ve been working not only on myself but also helping others on their journey to achieving their
dream results. Being part of the physical and mental progress my clients make, which is impossible to
overlook, continues to inspire and fulfill me.

I draw most of my knowledge from personal experience. Through hard work and dedication, I managed to gain
30 kg, transforming from 70 kg to 100 kg.
